Triggered. Annoyed. Frustrated. Happy. Overjoyed. Loving. Confused. These are all common adjectives used to describe a moment, a feeling, a thought... an emotion.

For years, "being emotional" was my crutch for not facing my actual problems head-on. I had built a storage unit full of unresolved events and pulled them out whenever I felt the need to explode. Destructive? Absolutely. But here's the thing about destructive patterns—we never really notice how bad they are until it's too late.

So... hi. I'm an emotional hoarder, and this is my well-organized, perfectly compartmentalized storage unit.

Inside these pages, you'll find 27 years of emotions I convinced myself I'd dealt with. Abandonment I buried. Hurt I filed away. Anger I labeled and stacked neatly on a shelf. From the outside, I looked like I had it all together. On the inside? I was one trigger away from collapse.

This is the story of how I finally opened the door, unpacked the crates, and learned that you can't organize your way out of healing. It's messy. It's uncomfortable. And it's the most freeing thing I've ever done.

If you've ever said "I'm good" when you weren't, "they don't exist to me" when they very much do, or "I just match energy" when you're really just protecting yourself—this is for you.

Welcome to my storage unit. Let's unpack.
